This is the church where Rev. George Bennard first introduced the final version of "The Old Rugged Cross" in 1913. It is being restored to its 1913 church era appearance & condition.

Nature Centers

The Outdoor Discovery Center of Wildlife Unlimited, found in 2000, is a non-profit, outdoor education facility. The 120 acre nature preserve contains 4.5 miles of fully accesible trails, a 7 acre deer and elk enclosure, over 10 live hawks, owls, eagles, and falcons on public display, and a nature center building hosting a variety of both taxidermy and live animals representing Michigan wildlife.
